So naturally he brought over the engine and we hooked it up to the test stand to do some Test Runs, and a Review! Specifications from Jets Munt Site: Nominal thrust: 166N (37,4lb) at 124.000 RPM. Idle thrust: 5,5N. Idle RPM: 32,000. Diameter: 102mm (4”). Engine weight: 1.420g (3,12lb). Installed weight: 1,535g (3,4lb). Fuel: Kerosene - Diesel + 3% – 5% oil. Fuel comsumption: @160N: 460g per min; @100N: 290g per min. Start mode: Fast start, Dual glow plug Direct Kerosene. Fast restart, typically 15 seconds. Easily programmable maximum thrust in Newton or Pound. My own findings. Weight of Turbine 1443 grams - 3.18 Lbs ECU Weight 16 grams Fuel Pump 66 grams Cables and Filter 40 grams Data Terminal 22 grams Total Weight with everything in box 1587 Grams/ 3.5 Lbs. Engine used 500ml per min of fuel at full throttle.
