Rest in fridge for at least 1 hour. For Marinate: Heat mustard oil and add besan , red chilli powder, turmeric powder, kasuri meethi and roast on low heat for a min. Prepare marinate by adding roasted besan mixture,cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger paste, garlic paste, chopped coriander , salt, chaat masala, black salt, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala to hung yogurt. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Saute onions, red pepper and green pepper in little oil and add cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt .Cook it with lid for 3-4 mins and marinated paneer. Mix lighlty and cook for 2-3 mins. For Pockets: Knead the dough little bit, roll it into a sqaure , cut it into rectangle. Apply water to the edges ,add cooled paneer tikka filling in the center. Fold the sheet to make pockets and use fork to seal it. Refrigerate the pockets for 15-20 mins and bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 mins at 200 deg C.
