Hi, Lovelies! Today in today's Vegan Fun, I am gonna share my "must have" ingredient in my fridge, that's is Vegan Butter. You can use it as regular animal butter in any recipe. Let's get started! So Vegan and So Yummy! Before starting, remember to subscribe for supporting my channel (訂閱按這裡): / @veganfun4812 Ingredients: 150g Raw Cashew 200g Refined Coconut Oil (you can use the regular coconut oil, If you don't mind the coconut fragrance.) 4 Tablespoons Avocado 100ml water 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 1 Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast 1 teaspoon Sweetener (I use stevia powder) 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt Instruction: 1. Soak the cashew in water for overnight or at least 6 hours. 2. Scoop the refined coconut oil in a jar and melt it in hot water. Don't heat the coconut oil directly! Meanwhile, just dump all the ingredients EXCEPT "Coconut oil and Avocado" in the high-speed blender. Blend it until smooth and creamy. 3. Keep the blender in high speed. Slowly & gradually pour 4 tablespoons avocado oil in the blender, follow by refined coconut oil. Be patient for adding the oil little by little to make all the ingredients combined well and emulsified completely. That's the key point to successfully making your vegan butter! 4. Pour the vegan butter into the silicon mould for easy unmoulding or a container. Let it chilled in fridge until it gets solidified. 5. The homemade vegan is creamy and easy to spread on your bread or add in every recipe requiring butter.
