I’ve been on antidepressants since I was 16. I’m 29 now. And as of January 2026, I’ve started the very slow process of coming off them. This vlog series is basically me figuring it out in real time! Week 4 and this week has had it's fair share of bad phone calls, mental block and numbness. But overall, I'm okay! In this episode I talk about: – a new weird withdrawal symptom – my podcast 'becoming okay' – not wanting babies at 29 – numbness, numbness and more numbness – why feeling your emotions is the quickest way to get though them It’s not anti-meds. And it’s definitely not polished. It’s just me documenting a transition, mentally, physically, professionally and trying to understand who I am without numbing everything down the middle.
