In this video, we’re making crispy pan-fried chicken cutlets, layering them with marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella, and parmesan, all served on homemade ciabatta bread. Chicken Parmesan Sandwich Recipe Ingredients – Chicken Parm Chicken cutlets 2 eggs Flour (for dredging) Breadcrumbs Grated Parmesan cheese Sliced mozzarella cheese Fresh mozzarella (for topping) Marinara sauce Oil (for shallow frying) Instructions – Chicken Set up a breading station: Bowl 1: Flour Bowl 2: Eggs (beaten) Bowl 3: Breadcrumbs mixed with grated parmesan Dredge chicken cutlets in flour, then egg wash, then breadcrumb mixture. Heat shallow oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry chicken for about 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Homemade Ciabatta Bread Recipe Ingredients – Ciabatta 4 cups flour 1½ tsp instant yeast 1¾ cups warm water 2 tsp salt 3 tbsp olive oil Instructions – Ciabatta In a bowl, combine flour and salt. In a separate bowl, activate yeast in warm water. Add yeast mixture and olive oil to flour and mix until a shaggy dough forms. Knead for 10 minutes, until smooth. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour. Shape dough and divide into 2 pieces. Let rise again for 30–45 minutes. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown. Assembling the Sandwich Slice ciabatta bread in half. Layer sliced mozzarella on the bread. Add crispy chicken cutlet. Spoon marinara sauce over the chicken. Top with fresh mozzarella.
