Knead the mixture well until all the ingredients are evenly combined. 2. Shape the meatballs: Form the mixture into round meatballs of equal size. 3. Prepare the broth: Heat water in a pot over an open fire. Add peeled and chopped potatoes along with peas to the boiling water. You can add a pinch of salt for flavor. 4. Cook the küftə: Gently drop the meatballs into the boiling broth and let them cook over a moderate flame. Ensure that the meatballs are fully cooked inside and have absorbed the flavors of the broth. 5. Simmer and serve: Once the meatballs are tender and the potatoes are fully cooked, simmer the dish for a little longer to allow the flavors to meld together.
