This is a bunch of exercises I have selected from for many patients needing to strengthen their core and lay a strong foundation for functional movement. I suggest trying them all and choosing to continue doing the ones that are the most challenging for you. Remember, we do not want to increase pain, so make modifications or stop if that happens to you. The purpose of my exercise videos is to provide for you a resource so that you may use movement and body awareness to decrease your pain without pain medication, as well as keeping yourself healthy.
