Conwy to Chester - A 100 Mile Adventure

Meeting everyone at Conwy train station we started our ride on back roads and gravel trails. We rode to Betws Y Coed for breakfast at the Alpine Cafe which did not disappoint. from here we rode a back lane running parallel to the A5, quite hilly but far better views eventually dropping down to the Ugly House on the A5. We then crossed the bridge onto another quiet lane which still ran parallel to the A5 eventually meetin back up with the A5 at Capel Curig. A short time on the A5 before grabbing probably the best gravel track in the area, heading upto Llyn Ogwen. A coffee stop at the cafe next to Llyn Ogwen before heading downhill towards the coast on a stunning back lane and the Lon Las Ogwen to the outskirts of Bangor. We then picked up the Nort Wales Coast Cycle path all the way to Prestatyn before heading through Flint and finally picking up the Chester Millennium Greenway back into Chester.
