Ingredients: Chicken fillet — 3 pcs (~900 g), cut into thin slices A bunch of fresh herbs: green onions, parsley, dill Greek yogurt — 120g Ginger root — 5-10 g, grated Garlic — 2-3 cloves, minced Salt — 1/2 tsp Cheese — 150g, grated Celery stalk — ~200g, divided into 3-4 parts Instructions: In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chopped herbs, grated ginger, minced garlic, and salt. Add grated cheese to the yogurt mixture and mix well. Take a slice of chicken fillet and place 1 tbsp of the filling on the edge of the fillet. Add a piece of celery on top of the filling. Roll the filling into the fillet to form a roll. Place the rolls in a baking dish. Brush the rolls with Greek yogurt. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Bake in the oven at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. It's very tasty and healthy!
