El Chin Chin is a 1 hectare, organic farm located in the Cajamarca region of Peru. Its high altitude, ideal climate and nutrient-rich soil allows for the production of high-quality, organic coffee. Through extensive cupping, Maria Nieves Tantalean Fernandez‘s farm has been singled out as one of the top lots from the region this year.
