Add ¾ cup fenugreek and ¼ cup water knead dough well. Adding water as required. Dust wheat flour and roll. Using a cookie cutter or glass cut into small round puri. fry the puri in medium hot oil cook till its turn crispy and golden in color. remove and serve. Creamy Methi Chicken: Ingredients: Chicken ½ kg Fenugreek chopped 2 cups Yogurt ½ cup Tomatoes finely chopped 2 Onions fried 2 Garlic ginger paste 1 tbsp Green chilies chopped 5-6 Cumin 1 tsp Kashmiri Red chili powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1-½ tsp Cumin powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp All spice powder 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 tsp Cream ¼ cup Oil ¼ cup Salt to taste whole all spices 1 tbsp Method: heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle, then add chopped green chili and all the whole spices and cook for few seconds Add onions, chicken, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, sauté them well on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add whisked yogurt mix well. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and water. Cover and simmer for 6-7 minutes or until the chicken is tender Add fenugreek leaves and lemon juice cooked well. Add cream, all spice powder mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. remove chicken & serve.
