Let’s embrace mindfulness while doing tasks where we're usually on autopilot. Don’t beat yourself up if your mind starts to wander. That’s completely normal. It’s great if you become aware of any arising thoughts, and that’s when you can bring your mind gently back to the present moment. Be patient.
