Recipe 1 stick butter melted and slightly browned 1 lg onion chopped 2 cups frozen veggies 2 lg chicken breast cooked, chopped/shredded 1/3 cup flour 3 cups chicken Broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup cheddar cheese 1 puff pastry salt and pepper Preheat oven to 350 on stove top melt and brown butter add onions and saute briefly. add flour and cook a bit add chicken Broth and wisk until thickened. add veggies, chicken, milk, salt, pepper and cheese. pour mixture in a 9x13 baking dish. roll out puff pastry to fit. lay over chicken pie mixture and bake for 30 minutes.
