2016 Lion Dance (final performance) & Closing - Boston Chinatown Main Street Competition Event

This includes the final team performance and closing speech of the lion dance event. And concludes the 2016 competition performances at the venue of the Empire Garden Restaurant in Boston (formerly a theatre). The final and fourth performance was done by the Imperial Lion Dance team. Designed to introduce friendly competition with other troupes, and to preserve the art of lion dancing for many generations to come. With special events like this, it helps to strengthen the community and spread the passion, knowledge and spirit of lion dancing. Credit goes to the collaboration with Southeast Asian Coalition (SEAC) and Chinatown Main Street for putting the event together, and making it happen for the region and city of Boston.
