CNC machined from tough plastic and designed to last for years, the Model 200 makes 256 different size circles from 2-1/4" to 18-3/16" in diameter in 1/16" increments. Designed for use with solid wood, MDF, plywood, particleboard, and plastic sheet. The scale is calibrated to make circular holes when using a 1/4" diameter straight router bit. A calibration disk and dowel pin are included which make installation a snap. The jig is pre-drilled to attach directly to 19 different models of plunger router. Includes mounting and setup hardware as well as complete instructions.
