Join Hard Rain Soloist Ensemble for the last event in our season, the 5th Peter Rosser Composition Award. About this event This concert will feature the premiere performances of the three shortlisted compositions by Anita Mawhinney, Samantha McCoy, and Kevin Terry. Following a short deliberation by the jury, the work awarded First Prize will be announced. The award was jointly established in 2016 by Hard Rain SoloistEnsemble and the Peter Rosser Foundation in memory of our esteemed colleague and friend. The award is supported by the Arts Council of Northern Ireland; the PRS Foundation supported by PPL; the Contemporary Music Centre, Ireland; Cormac O’Kane of Red Box Creative, Belfast; and through the generous donations made in Peter’s memory by friends and colleagues.
