Luca is a fan of the sea and the agriculture, so why not combine both?. After knowing, that in this world we will need to feed 2 billion people more in the next few years, Luca’s dream is to make agriculture underwater a reality and help everyone eat every day. Luca´s passion is surfing and thanks to it, he´s got more opportunity to explore underwater and its properties. Luca is a young entrepreneur building sustainable agriculture under the seawater to feed the whole world in 2050. Luca y su hermano Sergio compartían una pasión por el mar, al lado del cual crecieron en Italia y en el cual su familia lleva 60 años trabajando. Científicos ambos y espectadores de las limitaciones de la agricultura convencional, hace 5 años se les ocurrió una idea atrevida: y si hiciéramos crecer plantas bajo el mar? Luca se graduó en Génova como ingeniero biomédico, y ha sido la voz de Ocean Reef, la empresa familiar, en Italia y Estados Unidos.
