Proposed WEEKLY practice routine: 3 times per week, 1.5-2 hours for all 4 stations. Open skills (50 mins - 1 hour): 50 knots x4 (1-handed R and L hands, 2-handed R and L hands). 3 modified end-to-end anastomoses 1 with a short needle driver & Adsons with teeth, 1 with a medium needle driver and using the short needle driver in chopstick hold instead of a pickup, 1 with a large needle driver and a DeBakey. Lap skills (20-25 mins): 5 bites & 4 knots for each bite = 20 knots (2 right-handed forehand & 1 right-handed backhand bite, 1 left-handed forehand & 1 left-handed backhand bite) Robotic skills (15-20 mins): Big dipper, anterior needle driving ATW, ATW needle driving, Knots, Railroad track, Ring rollercoaster 4. Endoscopy skills (5 mins): Endoscopic navigation (module 2, endoscopic GI simulator).
