Saturday the 7th March, running the Rother Valley parkrun. 320th parkrun, 14th time at Rother Valley. Running on the winter course avoiding the jink around the playground and the finish on the grass, instead staying on the access road. the rest of the course is the same as the normal one. Wanted a quick one this time, so set off with a bit of pace and held on. Was quite surprised to check the splits afterwards to see how even they are, with only a second different! Ended up with my 3rd fastest parkrun time and a course PB.
