Heading to the Northern Cross Country Championships, so went to one of the few left in Leeds not yet done. Fortunately this week the course was run all on paved paths, so shoe selection was a lot easier so road shoes were the right choice this time round. Roundhay is a tough 3 lap course starting and finishing going uphill, a flattish run along the front of the mansion on a slightly cambered path with views of the rest of the course to come, before following the path dropping down to a lower part of the park then looping round to start the climb back up.
