Love, Bat-El Ingredients: 2 cups pumpkin chunks 3-4 carrots, chunks 1/2 bunch swiss chard 1 apple, cut in half 1 stem fresh dates 1-2 leeks, white part only Green beans- 1 handful Dressing: 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp Cinnamon 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tbsp silan or honey 2 cups water Instructions: Cut, clean, and prepare all the ingredients into big chunks. Arrange veggies by sections in an oven safe havy pot. Prepare the marinate without the water, and brush on top.
