First came across this in our favourite cafe Pret a Manger and instantly became a sensation to recreate at home. This is as good as it gets and once you've made it you will only be craving for more. On Sundays We Brunch - It’s the only day my husband gets a day off so automatically it’s the most relaxed chilled day for our family. Hence by the time we wake up it’s always a brunch time. In this recipe we take the croissant and load it with mozzarella along with pesto-spinach & tomato, one of our favourite breakfast-brunch on Sunday’s apart from the usual “Sunday is the paratha day- slogan😉” .
