Still difficult to put any common rule. so if you want to program the computer which can automatically detect this 0-9 from the image pixel it will be very difficult for a computer programmer to define to set rules in terms of instruction of the computer And even if somehow able to write those rule then it will become too much complicated and complexity will keep building on the top of it so there is no single or simple rule to detect, recognize either 0-9 our traditional computer programming are not made to solve such kind of problem there are a lot of other problems like object recognition speech synthesis speech recognition automatic translation from one human language to the another human language All those can not be represented in simple set of instruction. traditional computer program are not made to solve these type of problem. so we need completely different way of Computer programming paradigm to solve such kind of problem and This is what fundamental limits of traditional computer programming is.
