🔥 The Best Fried Chicken Recipe Crunchy & Juicy! Welcome to my kitchen! Today I’m sharing the ultimate fried chicken recipe golden, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of bold flavor. Easy to make. Perfect for everyone! 🍗💥 👩🍳 Ingredients: Chicken (cut & cleaned) all-purpose flour corn starch 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional) Salt to taste 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste 1 cup mala or buttermilk 1 egg (optional, for dipping) 🍗 Instructions: 1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken In a bowl, mix the chicken with garlic & ginger paste, salt, spices, and mala. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours for deeper flavor). 2️⃣ Prepare the Coating In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and a pinch of salt. Optional: Beat 1 egg with a splash of milk in a separate bowl for dipping. 3️⃣ Coat the Chicken Dip each marinated piece into the flour, then into the egg wash (optional), then back into the flour. Press gently to make sure it’s well coated for that crunchy texture. Let it rest for 5 minutes. 4️⃣ Fry the Chicken Heat oil over medium heat. Fry each piece for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and drain on a wire rack or paper towel. 💥 Serve Hot & Enjoy!
