In fact, it's perfect for the hot summer months because it's incredibly refreshing! Join me in this episode and learn how to make a delicious Moscow Mule inspired whisky recipe, the Japanese Mule. Let's begin! Ingredients: few sprigs fresh mint 1 small piece fuji apple 1 small piece ginger 1 tbsp lime juice 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 1-2 oz (30-60ml) Japanese whisky (Suntory in this episode) 3 cups ice cubes 200ml ginger beer Directions: 1. Add some fresh mint to the cocktail shaker 2. Add the apple and ginger. Then, crush to release it's juices 3. Add the lime juice, maple syrup, Japanese whisky, and a handful of ice 4. Seal the shaker and shake to combine 5. Layer a handful of ice cubes with the remaining mint leaves in the serving cup 6. Pour the cocktail mix through a fine sieve into the serving cup 7. Top off with quality ginger beer, serve, and enjoy!
