DONT PUT TOO MUCH PRESSURE ON YOURSELF Take it easy. Take things at your own pace. There are so many other people in your situation BUT most importantly don't constantly compare your situation to anothers because we're all different. If you need extra time to complete an assignment thats fine. If you cant concentrate in class thats fine. If one day you cant go in to school thats fine. You need to be in a fit state mentally to do well in school so just think of it as you need some repair time till you're back at mental acuity- whether this is a few minutes, a few hours, a day... DONT beat yourself up for the way you are. 2. PUT METHODS IN PLACE TO MAKE YOUR DAY EASIER Have a nice morning routine/ get a nice breakfast/ have a chill morning. CHANCES ARE IF YOU'RE RUSHING YOU'LL FEEL WORSE/ UNPREPARED WHICH FOR ME IS A CAUSE. Tell your parents/the school. Tell your fave teacher. Tell a friend. Have a safe place you can go. 3. TELL YOURSELF ITS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD Often anxiety makes you feel like its the end of the world but its NOT!!! Remind yourself every morning that you can do it. Think about the POSITIVES like seeing your friends, maybe you have a favourite lesson? Take some time in your day to step out of the anxiety bubble. KICK ANXIETY'S BUTT EACH DAY. 4. REMEMBER GRADES AREN'T EVERYTHING When its impacting your health it is not worth it. Your wellbeing is far more important. Nowadays there are so many options when it comes to your future. Also balance your time in the week so you have some me time and look after yourself. Only allocate yourself sections to do school work and worry about all that. As soon as that time is up you're no longer allowed to worry! 5. TREAT YOURSELF When you get through the day/ a week-whatever you think is worthy make sure you reward yourself! Go out with your friends,buy yourself some sweets chocolate, fruit... whatever's your fave!!! WELL DONE FOR BEATING ANXIETY!
