We will create a REST API in ASP.Net C# and we will use the latest version of ASP.NET i.e. ASP.NET 6. We will write all CRUD operations like Create, Read, Update, and Delete and follow the REST patterns while building our .NET API. We will use GET, POST, DELETE, and PATCH HTTP Operations in a RESTful .NET Core 6.0 Web API. We will first install Entity Framework Core In-Memory Database and we will use this database to perform CRUD operations as we are building our ASP.NET Web API. We will then change our implementation to use a SQL Server database and use Entity Framework Core (EF Core) to perform the CRUD operations in our ASP.NET Core API. We will also integrate our application with Entity Framework Core and store our data in SQL Server database using EF Core. We will use dependency injection for our restful API and follow SOLID principles to achieve clean code.
