Once again, why go for Normal mode when Heroic is feasible? Okay, here, there is one golden rule I have to mention without delay: "The boss resets if you get too far away from her". You got it right. Whether in Normal or Heroic, ALWAYS STICK TO HER! Now, with that being out of the way, the question is whether it is better to tank two birds in intermission (normal mode), or six at once (heroic mode). Guess what? At least, with six, you have more vengeance! Oh, and also, you have enough DPS output to kill them in Heroic, while in Normal, you have to do another transition with an additional two (so four), as their Health pool is larger. ilvl was 463 for normal and 480 for heroic.
