For many years, I have used medium gauge strings on my Dreadnoughts - 13,17.26,35,45, and 56. and on 000 and smaller ; Light gauge ; 12,16,24,32,42, 53. When Daddario asked my opinion n XS "light plus" it tried them on one of my dreadnoughts, which made it slightly easier to play but a little light on the bass. So, if you are an acoustic guitarist, what are your string gauge preferences on your guitar(s) so; 1. what size guitar do you use, 2. What is your main playing style on that guitar, 3. What is your string gauge preference.
