It's easy to turn a cardboard tube into Plo Koon's lightsaber with a little craft foam and silver foil. There aren't too many fancy details on this lightsaber so it's cheap and easy to make. While it can be a bit time consuming to cut out all the thin pieces of foam, the finished effect is well worth it. This tutorial can also be used to make Luminara Unduli's lightsaber by simply changing the bottom prongs to gold. You can also substitute aluminum foil for the silver adhesive foil; you'll just have to use more glue.
