Good afternoon, everyone and welcome back to Haupstrecke Rhein-Ruhr; one of my favourite German routes in Train Sim World 2! (Apologies if I mispronounce any German names). Today I'm attempting to drive a train in very foggy weather, and for this video we're driving a pair of DB BR425 units from Bochum Hauptbahnhof to Duisburg Hauptbahnhof (the full route). We'll cover a distance of just 35 kilometres and call at the following stations: Bochum Hauptbahnhof Wattenscheid Essen Hauptbahnhof Mülheim (Ruhr) Hauptbahnhof Duisburg Hauptbahnhof This is part of the RE11 service from Hamm (Westf) Hbf to Mönchengladbach Hbf, and throughout this short journey we'll see another type of electric multiple unit ~ the DB BR422 ~ as well as the BR146.2 and BR101 locomotives.
