Nothing lasts forever, guys. My love affair with the zombie front squat has officially come to a close. I shall shed a single tear. In today's video I answer a question I get asked all the time, which is "why did you stop doing such and such exercise???" Why did you stop doing zombie squats? Why did you stop doing kettlebell swings? Why did you stop doing farmer's walks? Etc. etc. So today I explain why I stopped doing zombie front squats on a regular basis, and started doing my front squats with a clean grip once again instead. Once you understand the logic behind why I would make a switch like this it becomes easy to apply that same logic to most of the other types of exercise rotations I use as well. The important to remember here is that these rotations are not permanent. People want to know why I "stopped" doing an exercise. But just because I'm not doing an exercise right now, does not mean that I won't be doing that same exercise again in the future. It's all just part of the long term game.
