It’s a new year, and the perfect time to refocus on YOU! We have started to settle back into our daily, weekly and monthly routines. You might be feeling busier or more stressed these days, with less focus on rest and self-care. This month during our session, we are going to change that! Join Meg Stickl-Kroeker, Certified Personal Trainer and Older Adults’ Fitness Specialist from AIM Fitness, for a guided meditation to help slow your mind down and reconnect your mind, body and soul. Following this, she will lead you in some breathing exercises and gentle stretching. Don’t forget to bring a chair! Participate in exercises at your own risk.
