Zachary is volunteering his time and sharing his personal journey and techniques in his seminar titled 'Connection From Within The Darkness: Rebuilding connection after trauma and challenging times'. 💛 There is darkness inside all of us. Places of unintegrated trauma, lost hope, and pain. Places where we seldom tread, and which rarely reveal themselves to our conscious awareness, yet these places can impact our lives in subtle ways – the negative self-talk, the confusion of meaning and purpose, and the unfulfilled potential that seems just out of reach. 💛 It is possible to reconnect with these parts of ourselves. To recognise them for what they are and to connect while healing from trauma. 💛 This involves deep listening, deep love, and a deep commitment to process through everything that was once too hard to even acknowledge. 💛 In this session we delve into the shadow and look at the parts of our past that are desperately trying to talk to us and learn to listen, and see all of ourselves. 💛 Be guided to look inwards into your experiences, deep dive into your feelings and be supported to process your past with a toolbox of breathwork, visualisation, writing and meditation techniques. ================ Meet Zachary Phillips: Zachary is a poet, author, mental health advocate, and mindset coach. In these roles he has helped thousands of people move from a place of surviving to passionately thriving. He is the author of 15 books and hosts the Reality Check podcast.
