This week, I’m showing you how I manage weight lifting, running, and cooking healthy meals while working full-time. I did go out to eat multiple times this week and had a TON of Starbucks, but I balanced it out by experimenting with new recipes and eating lots of veggies. I'm currently trying to transition away from protein powder/Barebells and focus more on whole food protein sources—it is definitely a work in progress! As for my journaling habit, I journaled multiple times and have been loving it. It is such a great way to start my day and get some of my thoughts down. For reading, I decided to give up on Why We Sleep and will be starting a new book soon. I am hoping changing my book gets me out of the reading slump I have been in.
