From misty views to peaceful nature, this trip was truly refreshing. 🧭 How to reach Ooty: • If you’re already in Tamil Nadu, you can reach Ooty easily by bus or car. • If you’re coming from another state, you can take a flight or train to Bangalore, and from Bangalore, travel to Ooty by bus or car. 🚗 Getting around Ooty: You can either hire a local guide if you’re unfamiliar with the area, or explore on your own by renting a vehicle or booking local tours. 🎟️ Entry & camera charges: Most tourist places in Ooty are paid, so you’ll need to buy entry tickets. Camera charges (almost everywhere): • 📸 Still camera: ₹200 • 🎥 Video camera: ₹500 🌦️ Best time to visit: We visited Ooty in November, and it was misty and chilly, which made it feel magical. If you prefer cool, sunny, and clearer weather, the best time to visit is March to June.
