hi friends, welcome to Madhavee's Kitchen. today we are going to prepare healthy and tasty multi grain vada. let's start the process; Bengal gram (chana), cowpea (chewli), peanuts, green gram (mung) and black lentil (urad) take all grains evenly (1/2cup) put in a mixing bowl. was 2 ,3 times and add some hot water and soak for 3 hours. after 3 hours soaked well remove extra water and aside it. now take 6 to 8 or taste according green chillies,1 inch ginger and 1/2 tsp salt put in a mixi jar and grind it,now add soaked grains and grind little coarsely. add water for grinding if you need. take the mixture in a mixing bowl. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp jeera (cumin),few chopped curry leaves,some chopped coriander,1/2 cup spring onions,3/4 tsp chilli flakes, taste according salt and 1 tsp lemon juice in it and combine well. take a lemon size ball press flatten and drop one by one into oil. fry both sides until Reddish brown colour in medium flame only. that's it healthy and tasty multi grain vada is ready to serve. crunchy outside, juicy inside vada is ready to eat .must try this recipe in your home and enjoy with your family. #healthymultigrainvada #healthyrecipes #vada #crunchyoutsidejuicyinside #healthyandtasty • mughlai paratha//healthy wheat flour mughl... healthy mughlai paratha • super yummy egg bites//how to make egg bit... super yummy egg bites I hope you are all like this recipe. if you like this recipe, please share, like and subscribe my channel. thank you for watching..
