hello friends, welcome to Madhavee's Kitchen. today we are going to prepare healthy and tasty wheat flour mughlai paratha. it's a unique recipe. you can make this for breakfast or dinner and You can also take these for traveling. let's start the process, take a big mixing bowl, 2 cups of wheat flour,1/2 tsp salt and 2 tsp of oil in it and mix gently and add water gradually and prepare a soft dough. cover and rest it for 20 minutes. preparation of stuffing; take 1 tsp ghee in a fry pan after ghee melted add 1 medium size chopped onion,saute for 2 minutes add 1cup greated carrot,1/2 cup chopped cabbge,1/2 cup greated beetroot, few curry in it. saute well,1 tsp green chilli paste, salt taste according add in it. mix and close the lid and cook for 2 minutes in low flame. after 2 minutes it's softer now add 1)2 tsp garam masala and some chopped coriander leaves mix once and off the gas flame. that's it stuffing is ready let it cool completely. after 20 minutes take the wheat flour dough knead again and cut into some equal pieces. take 1 piece and roll a chapati in slightly thicker. place the stuffing in the middle of the chapati shown as video. dry coconut powder on the top of stuffing. apply water in edges for tight seal and fold it shows in the video. take 1 paratha put on a tawa fry both sides lightly.apply ghee and fry both sides Reddish brown colour. that's it healthy and tasty vegetable mughlai paratha is ready. must try this recipe in your home and enjoy with your family. #mughlaiparatha #healthyparatha #muglaiparota #vegmughlaiparatha #paratha I hope you are all like this recipe. please like, share and subscribe my channel. thank you for watching...
