We begin this lovely walk on the Coastal Path just down from Heswall on The Wirral Peninsula in England before following a small winding path along a running stream with views across the beautiful English countryside. At the end of the path we enter the lovely Dungeon Woods with wooden path bridges, stunning views back across the fields to the coast, tall beautiful trees and a lovely waterfall which is very relaxing to watch and listen to. Leaving the woodland the path becomes lined with hedges with one section feeling almost like a tunnel made from the curled over branches. As the path opens out there are beautiful views across the fields to the coastline and the sea. We finish our walk at lovely Thurstaston village with sandstone farm houses and homes and the beautiful St. Bartholomew's church.
