St Ives Porthminster Point Walk | Cornwall | English Countryside | 4K

Welcome to our summer videos in Cornwall! We will be sharing with you some of the beautiful places from around this lovely English county. In this video we are back exploring the beautiful coastal town of St Ives in Cornwall, England. Our walk begins overlooking the stunning Porthminster Beach, which is west of the harbour area and just below St Ives Train Station. With its golden sand, clear blue water, palm trees and amazing views across to The Harbour and Godrevy Lighthouse, Porthminster is a beautiful place to spend the day. Heading down The Warren we come to the lovely Porthminster Gardens which also includes a kitchen garden that supplies Porthminster Beach Cafe. Along here you will find the Putting Green, the Townside Takeaway, the Cocktail & Gin Bar, Porthminster Kitchen, Ice Cream and Beach Shops and the awarding winning restaurant, Porthminster Beach Cafe. Making our way up a section of the South West Coast Path provides wonderful views back across the beach and over towards the harbour. This woodland walk also crosses the St Ives Bay Line, a beautiful train journey with amazing views that travels between St Erth and St Ives train stations. A small path leading off the coast path takes you up to Porthminster Point where there are panoramic views across the whole bay and over to Porthkidney Beach, Hayle Beach and further afield. We finish our walk back at the top of Porthminster Point with the amazing view back towards St Ives. If you enjoyed our video please give us a like and hit the subscribe button.
