As soon as Sam and Nate got back from a few quick stops at some local shows, they got back to work on Nathan's Baja Bug. The fiberglass front end was removed so that it could be sanded down and the pair could get the numerous holes and cracks filled and repaired. With time ticking away before their planned visits to Edge Finder's Bug Bloom show on March 23rd, and Desert Dubs 4th Annual show on March 29th, the father-son team only had one weekend left to get the front end and the rear fenders painted on Nate's Baja Bug. The weather wasn't cooperating on Saturday and the front end needed more work anyway. Fortunately the rain and most importantly the wind had stopped so Sunday March 16th, Sam painted the front one piece Baja front end, and Nate sprayed the last two remaining pieces, the rear fenders.
