Any charge attack you use without setting things up with C3-2 will be a slow offense. Her C1 string is an exception of course, but it's a bit impractical to use this in large crowds. Her full C3 works well with Multi though, but this is only good against generic officers. Against stronger officers, she would be slightly inferior, compared to the setup shown in this video. Following up with her C4-ex is the best way to go. She gets two elemental hits with C4-ex. C2-ex also has two elemental hits, but getting the last one to connect properly is quite hard, as I think she needs to be really close to the officer to make it work. Simply avoid this inconsistency with C4-ex. C3-ex then has only one elemental strike simply because the first one will miss because of the low height. C4-ex after C3-2, will take care of all officers except for Double Defense Lu Bu. Just add on any charge attack you want to finish off Lu Bu.
