We were privileged to have worked with Josh Knox and his team at Outright Films to produce this beautiful film about our food and life here in Oldstead, a small village on the edge of The North York Moors, in the heart of Yorkshire. He was Britain’s youngest Michelin-starred chef in 2013 and won Great British Menu in 2016 and 2017. The Black Swan Oldstead placed 29th in The National Restaurant Awards Top 100 Restaurants in the U.K this year, along with 34th in The Good Food Guide's Top 50 2020.
