For the dressing: 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 cup yellow cherry tomatoes 1 yellow bell pepper 1 small jalapeño (take out the seeds and use less if sensitive to heat) 2 pitted medjool dates 1 brazil nut (for selenium) 2 cloves of garlic 2 tbsp minced red onion 1 tbsp miso paste 2 tbsp hemp seeds 2 tbsp sesame seeds 1 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional) 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp smoked paprika 1/8 tsp mustard powder 1/8 tsp chipotle powder 1/8 tsp black pepper Blend the dressing. No need to add water as there should be enough in the tomatoes and bell pepper but you can add some water if you need to. Start slowly! For the salad, use whatever ingredients you like from this list or use them all! You are the creator, you get to decide on what you want in your salad based on your body, tastes and availability!
