Fit For Life is a project by Access Dorset aiming to inspire disabled people older people and carers in Dorset to exercise in order to improve health. We hope that this project will show how active lives enable people to stay fit and healthy for longer. We will be featuring a range of active pursuits using film, articles, and directories, with the focus being on exercise for health rather than competitive sport.
