NO RAW EGGS In this video I’m making tiramisu with mascarpone cream, espresso-soaked ladyfingers and a light cocoa finish. A simple recipe that always turns out soft and smooth. Homemade tiramisu recipe, classic Italian dessert, easy dessert idea, slow cooking at home. Ingredients 250 ml heavy cream (very cold) 4 tablespoons sugar 250 g mascarpone Fresh espresso A splash of amaretto liqueur Ladyfingers (savoiardi) Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting) Instructions 1. Brew fresh espresso and let it cool slightly. Add a small splash of amaretto and set aside. 2. In a bowl, combine the heavy cream, sugar and mascarpone. Whisk by hand or beat with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Do not overmix — the texture should stay soft and airy. 3. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the espresso and amaretto mixture. Do not soak them for too long — a quick dip is enough. 4. Arrange a layer of soaked ladyfingers in your dish. 5. Spread a layer of mascarpone cream over the top. 6. Repeat with another layer of ladyfingers and finish with a final layer of cream. 7. Dust generously with cocoa powder. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to allow the flavors to set and the texture to firm up.
