This is another Badminton specific Footwork Interval Training Video, but it's not an all round workout like the last one, but more focused on slower, but more complex movements, so it's great to add it to the end of your session to work on your stamina/endurance, or add it as part of your extended activation phase during warm-up to work on your overall coordination. The time for each exercise should be 30 seconds, just like the break/rest time in between each exercise. This means that you cannot go full speed, but like I said, that's not the purpose of this workout. It takes roughly 15 minutes, but it will not only boost your stamina/endurance, but also work on your coordination and stability. If you have less time, you can do the one legged exercises only once with both legs, then you'll end up under 10 minutes!
