If your custard ever turns rubbery or bubbly, follow this method and you’ll get a smooth, creamy texture every time. 🛒 Ingredients 🔥 For Caramel: 3 tbsp sugar 🥛 For Custard: 3 large eggs 1 big cup milk 3 tbsp full cream milk powder 3 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla essence 👩🍳 Step-by-Step Method Make the Caramel Add 3 tablespoons sugar to a pan. Cook on low flame without stirring. Let it melt slowly until golden brown (amber color). Immediately pour into your mold and spread evenly. Set aside to harden. ⚠ Do not overcook or it will become bitter. Prepare Custard Mixture In a bowl add: Eggs Sugar Milk powder Milk Vanilla essence Whisk gently until combined. Do not overbeat to avoid bubbles. Strain for Smooth Texture Strain the mixture once through a sieve. This step ensures silky smooth custard. Pour the mixture over the caramel in the mold.
