In 2019, Stacie Judd and her family heard words that changed everything: “Your child has cancer.” Her son was just 7 years old when he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. What followed was a journey filled with fear, unknowns, exhaustion, and overwhelming emotional weight — not only for him, but for his twin brother, his older sister, and their entire family. In her testimony, Stacie shares what those early days felt like, how her family found strength through community, and how the Seeds of Hope program stepped in during the darkest part of their journey. Through Seeds of Hope, the Judd family received an unforgettable weekend at Suncadia Resort — a much-needed breath of peace and joy in the middle of intense treatment and fear. Stacie shares how that weekend gave them time together, time away from worry, and memories that still mean the world to their children.
