Ok this workout was actually SO FUN! You’ll need dumbbells (I used 10-30 lbs), a resistance band (I’m using fabric but you can use rubber), a bench or couch (something for thrusts and to sit on, and an exercise mat! We’re doing 8-12 reps per exercise…it’s up to you based on how you’re feeling! I mostly did 12 reps with a couple at 10 reps. Love my dumbbells?!
